Green light for cloughjordan house plan
Tipperary Co Council has granted conditional planning permission for a development providing 17 bedroom units at Cloughjordan House.
Peter & Sarah Baker have received permission for a change of use of an existing agricultural building to overflow bedroom accommodation for Cloughjordan House, and refurbishment of same to provide 17 bedroom units and ancillary seating area, storage, games room, temporary on-site sewerage treatment plant and polishing filter, together with associated site works. The building is within the curtilage of a Protected Structure.
