Charity fundraiser in nenagh shop on friday

Nenagh shop Twenty-Six is planning to chalk up another amazing fundraising total for the Jack & Jill Foundation this Friday.

 

Margaret Corscadden, stockist and distributor of Maggie Sloan’s muchsought Chalk Paint in Nenagh, is holding a special late night event this Friday, June 19th, from 6pm-7.30pm at her store at 26 Kenyon St. The event is in aid of the Jack & Jill Foundation, which provides direct funding to families of children with brain damage who suffer severe intellectual and physical developmental delay, enabling them to purchase home respite care.

 

The first time Twenty-Six participated in this event, in November last year, €2,613 was raised for the charity. The Jack & Jill Foundation has confirmed that this funding provided 163 hours of home nursing care to very sick families.

 

Twenty-Six is inviting shoppers from Nenagh to drop by and help support this very worthy cause.
