Munster rugby nominates charities for 201516

Munster Rugby are pleased to announce Children's Medical & Research Foundation Crumlin (CMRF) and Headway as their nominated charities for 2015/'16. Over the season Munster Rugby will be working closely with each charity, providing them with active support on specific projects and will work to help them raise awareness and funds for projects in Ireland.

The support for nominated charities includes player appearances, signed merchandise, and fundraising events such as the official Charity match and annual Munster Rugby Awards.

Commenting on the announcement
Claire Cooke, Munster Rugby CSR Project Manager said: 'As with every season, it's never easy to choose between the many deserving charities that apply to us. Through the involvement of players, matchday interaction, a dedicated charity match and the association of the Munster Rugby brand, this season we hope that we can make a real difference for CMRF Crumlin and Headway.

As always Munster will continue to faciliate other charity requests throughout the season through matchday tickets and promotions.
