Nenagh equine and outdoor clothing store celebrates 10th anniversary
Outdoor clothing and equestrian warehousing business Equistyle of Nenagh is this week celebrating its 10th anniversary.
Formerly located at O'Connor's Shopping Centre, Equistlye is now based in a spacious unit at the Springfort Retail Park, Stereame.
The store was established in January 2006 by Ann Murphy, who wanted to set up a business offering customers a wide range of products relating to outdoor activities. Ann has been assisted throughout her decade in business by Claire Doyle.
While Equistlye caters primarily for equine needs, it is also a fantastic source of clothing for anyone interested in the likes of hiking/hill walking, hunting, fishing, farming, and similar pursuits.
Warm, reliable and fashionable clothing including jackets, gillets, fleeces and long socks can be purchased at Equistyle, which also specialises in a range of waterproof gear. The Stereame store is even home to a range of own-brand gloves, boots, chaps, rugs and leatherwork that Ann orders for specific manufacture.
Equistyle houses a very strong range of equipment for horse owners, including quality blankets, rugs, bits, leathers, bridles and chaps. The store supplies clipper blades during the clipping season and can sharpen the blades for customers where so required. There is an extensive supply or horse feed and feed supplements.
Moreover, Equistyle is a drop-off point for rug repair and washing. Rugs are sent to a facility in Newcastle West for treatment and returned to their owner a short time later.
Visitors to Equistyle can also peruse giftware, crockery, children's toys, and a series of other interesting items relating to outdoor activity. And the store has a notice board assisting people to buy and sell animals and equipment.
Another key factor with Equistlye is the ample availability of parking at Stereame, with plenty of room to bring in a horse box or large trailer. The store has grown from strength to strength at Stereame and has garnered a strong customer base among local horse owners, hunting groups, and clubs including the Nenagh Pony Club, which has also been growing in strength since its recent foundation.
To celebrate the 10th anniversary of Equistlye, a sale will take place on Thursday, Friday and Saturday of this week, with bargain bins offering generous discounts on everything (except feed and feed supplements). So make sure you get down to Equistyle this week to check out the fantastic offers in store!
Equistyle, which is located beside Heat Merchants at the Springfort Retail Park, is open from 9.30am to 6pm (through lunch time) Monday to Saturday. For more information contact (067) 37888/086-2729805 or email equistyle@eircom.net.
Ann Murphy would like to take the opportunity to thank all of Equistyle's loyal and regular customers over the years.
