Civic reception for Labhrás Ó Murchú

Tipperary Co Council is to accord a civic reception to Senator Labhrás Ó Murchú, Ardstiúrthóir, Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann.
Chairman Cllr Seamus Hanafin (FF) told last week's meeting of the council that Senator Ó Murchú is being honoured for his contribution to Irish music and promotion of Tipperary over the years. The civic reception is to take place at Brú Ború, Cashel, on January 28th.
