Corrigans back with Carter classic

Corrigan Brothers, the band from Puckane whose hits include the worldwide You Tube and chart sensations 'There's No One as Irish as Barack Obama' as well as the 'Ballad of Rory McIlroy' are releasing their new song 'All the Girls are After this Young Lad Called Nathan Carter' this month.
The brothers were inspired to write the song after watching a recent TV show about the country star. Ger Corrigan, singer and songwriter with the band, said: “Nathan Carter is huge and he seems like a real gentleman; ladies of all ages are in love with him. We felt that this 'NathanMania' should be celebrated in song. It has a country melody and is an up-beat number, perfect for jiving to!”
The Corrigan Brothers will release the single in January and Nathan Carter will receive a framed copy from the lads.
Lyrics from 'All the Girls are After this Young Lad called Nathan Carter' by Corrigan Brothes:

He was born in Liverpool
Learned to sing while still at school
Started playin accordian
At four
He performed in the Fleadh Cheoil
Sure he has an Irish soul
And he's the lad the ladies
All adore

Chorus

Ah sure all the girls are after
This young lad called Nathan Carter
He puts on a show
And it's unreal
From Bundoran to Killarney
The Nathan Carter army
Are singing all about
His wagon wheel

Ah Nathan Carter rocks
He's some man to play the box
He has all Ireland dancin
Medals too
And who's his right hand man
It's a lady it's his nan
She runs the show for
Nathan Carter's crew

Chorus

He sings ballads rock and folk
Nathan Carter he's some bloke
Ah he's an entertainer night
And day
He stays back to meet the fans
Takin photos shakin hands
Before the wagon wheel
Rolls off away

Chorus
