Opening of Nenagh Chocolate Shop
Local TD and Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government Alan Kelly will officially open the Lough Derg Chocolates Shop on Silver Street, Nenagh, on Saturday next, January 23rd, at 7pm.
Speaking ahead of the launch, Minister Kelly said: “I am delighted to be officially opening the Lough Derg Chocolates shop. I recently visited the shop with my wife Regina and children Aoibhe and Senan where we met the proprietor Malachy Dorris and his staff.
“The shop has something to suit everybody, whether it be their speciality coffee, hot chocolates, fabulous sweets or deserts, and a variety of special products such as deluxe chocolates, football chocolates or handbag chocolates to name but a few. It is also a great experience to watch Malachy making chocolate right in front of your eyes! The shop is a great facility and a huge addition to the town. It can cater for parties for both kids and adults! I would recommend a visit to the shop for all the family and look forward to Saturday night.”
Proprietor Malachy Dorris said: “I look forward to meeting everyone at the opening. All are welcome to come along and view what's on offer in the shop. I am delighted that Minister Kelly is available to do the honours on the night.”
