New community centre planned for Roscrea

Respond! Housing Agency and North Tipperary Leader Partnership have submitted a planning application for community centre in Roscrea.

The plan involves a change of use to part of a split-level structure from Class 1 Shop to Class 10 Community Centre at Copper Beech View, Fancroft Road, Whitepark. It also involves changing the use of part of a split-level structure from residential to Class 10 Community Centre. Use of existing foul and mains water connections and all associated site works are included in the application, on which Tipperary Co Council is to issue a decision by July 12th.
