Off-licence granted for Nenagh

Tipperary Co Council has granted planning permission for off-licence use at a Nenagh fuel station.

Norman Foley Stores (Nenagh) Ltd has received conditional permission for a change of use of the existing Spar convenience shop at the existing petrol filling station at Gortlandroe. The change is to include use of the shop as an off-licence.

 

Minor alterations to the building layout have also been included in the permitted plan.
