Nenagh Ormond produced one of their most impressive performances of the season on Saturday, where some fantastic attacking rugby was produced in their bonus-point victory over promotion rivals, Highfield.
The excellent conditions in New Ormond Park contributed to a very open game of rugby, where both sides made maximum use of their backlines, with countless line breaks a feature, but it was Nenagh who had the more clinical edge in the end, claiming what could be a priceless win come the end of the season.
Entertaining as the game was, it took it the best part of the first half to get going from a Nenagh perspective, with a number of handling errors and poor decision making giving Highfield the early initiative throughout the field.
