Engage Your Core for Centra’s 21 day Challenge
Over 10,000 people have signed up to Centra’s Restart challenges and today the fourth challenge kicks off with the help of health and fitness expert Pat Divilly who is ready to help the nation crunch their core. Centra has created 21 day health & wellness programme plans available on Centra.ie to encourage people to restart living well at the start of each month.
Throughout the 21-day programme, Pat Divilly will demonstrate the importance of core strength which helps protect your lower back, improves your posture and tones your tummy. The goal of each challenge is to make small, consistent lifestyle changes that will help you Live Well and stay on track. The core challenge will encourage people to do five core exercises each day for a week over the 21 days with new exercises each week.
