47 derelict sites in Tipperary

A total of 47 sites were listed on the Derelict Sites Register in Tipperary at the end of 2016.

According to draft annual figures from the county council's Environment section, levies were applied to 12 properties and 26 notices were issued to owners of derelict/dangerous sites. Thirteen properties were rendered 'Non-Derelict'.

 

Works were carried out on a number of dangerous structures during the year.
