Dental pratice plan for Roscrea

Tipperary Co Council has received a planning application for a dental practice in Roscrea.

Applicant Sarah Rymer is seeking to change the use of existing commercial premises on Main St to a dental practice. Alterations to the existing shopfront and facade, relocation of existing entrance and stairs to first floor level, and alterations to the existing south elevation are included in the plan.

A decision is due from the council by July 2nd.
