Planning granted for Roscrea dental practice

Tipperary Co Council has granted conditional planning permission for a dental practice in Roscrea.

Applicant Sarah Rymer plans to change the use of existing commercial premises at Main Street to a dental practice. Alterations to the existing shopfront and facade, relocation of existing entrance and stairs to first floor level, and alterations to existing south elevation, are included in the plan.
