Planning granted for Nenagh telecoms mast

Planning permission has been granted for a 30-metre-high telecommunications mast in Nenagh.

Three Ireland (Hutchinson) Ltd is to construct a 30m telecommunications lattice support structure carrying antennas and transmission dishes at Springfort Retail Park, Stereame. The development will include associated equipment units, security fencing and an access track.

The development site is located to the rear of Springfort Retail Park and bounded to the east by Nenagh Tennis Club. The nearest tennis court will be approximately 40m from the mast.

Tipperary Co Council has granted conditional planning permission for the development.
