Planning applications in Nenagh district

Tipperary Co Council received a total of 270 valid planning applications in the Nenagh Municipal District in 2017.

This represented a slight decrease on the 285 applications received in the district during the previous year. Of the applications received last year, 238 were granted planning permission while eight were refused.

The February meeting of Nenagh district councillors was also informed that the council received 54 complaints in relation to alleged unauthorised development in the district.
