Further info sought on Ballina plan

Tipperary Co Council has requested further information on a plan to build 10 new houses in Ballina.

Local company McKeogh Brothers Ltd is seeking planning permission for construction of the final phase of the Ard Coillte housing development. This phase of the development consists of 10 detached houses, four garages, connection to the public services, roads, footpaths, open space areas, and ancillary site development works.

The council has sought additional information in relation to several aspects of the plan. The developer has also been required to submit a Natura Impact Statement.
