Development plan for Nenagh site

A planning application has been submitted for new development at Martyr's Road, Nenagh.

Corajio, which may trade as Mr Price, is seeking permission for the demolition of an existing two-storey commercial building in order to accommodate an extension to the front of another existing commercial building on the same site. Façade signage and totem pole signage are also included in the plan, along with a revised carpark layout to incorporate hard and soft landscaping, the replacement of the front boundary wall and eastern boundary with new low level timber fence, and associated site works.

The application is currently at pre-validation stage with Tipperary Co Council. A decision is due by May 2nd.
