Painting and enhancement scheme for Roscrea

Tipperary Co Council is seeking to improve the streetscape and public realm in the town of Roscrea through supporting owners of properties in enhancing their properties and public areas generally.

This scheme includes, but is not limited to, painting and general improvements to the frontages of commercial and residential buildings, and the erection of planters, floral hanging baskets, or other environmental improvements.

It is envisaged that the scheme would apply to Main St, Castle St, Limerick St, Grove St, Rosemary St, Rosemary Square, Market Square, Church St, Green St and The Mall. Applicants must indicate their legal interest in the property, or provide written consent from the owner if a lessee or tenant. Other terms and conditions apply.
