WEXFORD v TIPPERARY
Innovate Wexford Park
Saturday 23rd June
Throw-in @ 5.00pm
Referee: Liz Dempsey (Kilkenny)
The Tipperary senior camogie team make the long journey to Innovate Wexford Park in Wexford for the second round of the All Ireland Championship this Saturday evening.
Bill Mullaney's charges found their form two weeks ago against Meath in the opening round and now they are hoping this will serve them well again against a side they will be challenging with to reach the knockout stages.
“Wexford had a good league campaign and beat us by just one point (3-10 to 2012),” revealed Tipperary captain Orla O’Dwyer.
However, O’Dwyer knows that championship is a whole new ball game where the stakes are much higher and last year Wexford also got the better of Tipp by five points.
