Meetings over social housing plans in Nenagh and Portroe
Tipperary Co Council will be holding meetings for residents over plans to build new social houses in Nenagh and Portroe.
There are currently proposals to construct 18 social housing units at Cormack Drive, Nenagh. Plans and particulars will be available for inspection at the Civic Offices in Nenagh between 9.30am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday from this Thursday, July 5th, to Friday, August 3rd. Submissions or observations can be made up until Monday, August 20th.
The Housing section of Tipperary County Council will be available to meet with residents in relation to the proposed development at the Civic Offices, Nenagh, between 7 and 8pm on Wednesday July 11th.
The council is also planning a new social housing scheme of 17 dwellings on a site at Garrykennedy, Portroe village. The scheme will consist of five three-bedroom, two-storey houses; 10 two-bedroom, two-storey houses, and two two-bedroom, single-storey houses.
Plans and particulars of this proposal can also be viewed at the Civic Offices up until this Friday, July 6th. Submissions or observations can be made up to Monday, July 23rd.
The Housing Section will be available to meet with residents about the proposed development at the Community Hall, Portroe, between 7 and 8pm on Monday July 9th.
