Residential plan for Roscrea

Tipperary Co Council has granted conditional planning permission for a new retail and residential development at Rosemary St, Roscrea.

Gold & Amber Properties Ltd sought permission for a change of use from residential to retail at ground floor level and a change of retail to residential at ground floor area, and the change of use of a bed & breakfast unit to seven residential units on the ground and first floor.

The council granted permission for a revised plan of six apartments and two retail units at the site. All associated site works and services are included in the plan.
