Apartments planned for Nenagh

Plans are being prepared for a development of five apartments at Summerhill, Nenagh.

Marie Costello last week gave notice of applying to Tipperary Co Council for planning permission for development at 35 Summerhill.

Permission is sought for the completion of a partially-completed development to consist of the construction of a three-storey building comprising five apartments. Connection to necessary services, boundary treatments and all associated site works are included in the plan.
