Estates taken in charge

Tipperary Co Council took 25 housing estates in charge in 2018 - a total of 828 housing units.

Ten of these estates (totalling 154 houses) were in the Nenagh Municipal District. Commencing January 2019, there were 68 housing developments with valid taking
charge applications being processed by the council.
