Public meeting on Nenagh hospital

A public meeting on the provision of emergency services at Nenagh hospital has been called for Friday, May 3rd, at Nenagh Arts Centre.

The meeting has been called by local community activist Graham King at the behest of many disgruntled locals who feel let down by a government who refuse to act on the fact that Nenagh needs a 24-hour A&E department to remove the pressure from an under-performing University Hospital Limerick emergency department.

There will be many political entities attending and willing to put political agendas on hold to come together and fight for what the people of Nenagh and its surrounding areas badly need. Your presence at the meeting would be graciously accepted and if you've had an experience, good or bad, in the Limerick ED, let those in attendance know.

The meeting will be attended by TDs, councillors, and candidates from most major parties running in the local elections. So please attend if you can, as your voice is the voice of Nenagh.
