Housing plan for Roscrea

Tipperary Co Council this month received a planning application for the development of 26 houses in Roscrea.

Noel P Regan Developments Ltd applied for the completion of a development that was commenced under a previous planning permission. The proposal was to consist of the provision of 26 two-storey dwellings (two four-bedroom semi detached houses, two four-bedroom end of terrace houses, two three-bedroom end of terrace houses, four three-bedroom terraced houses and 16 three-bedroom semi-detached houses). Also planned were lighting, landscaping, boundary treatments and all associated site development works.

The council has since marked the application 'incompleted'.
