Coffee kiosk plan for Nenagh

Tipperary Co Council recently received a planning application for a coffee kiosk at Stereame.

Melcorpo Commercial Properties sought permission for construction of a new single-storey standalone coffee kiosk (172 square metres) with external signage at Nenagh Retail Park. Modifications to the existing surface car park to facilitate the new building, including new landscaping and walkways, were also included in the plan.

The council has since marked the application “incompleted”.
