Go-ahead for Nenagh coffee kiosk

Planning permission has been granted for a coffee kiosk on the car park at Nenagh Retail Park, Stereame.

Melcorpo Commercial Properties Unlimited has received permission for the construction of a new single-storey standalone coffee kiosk (172 square metres) with external signage.

Modifications to the existing surface car park to facilitate the new building, including new landscaping and walkways, are also included in the plan.

Tipperary Co Council attached a number of conditions to the permission. Unless otherwise agreed with the council, the developer was to provide an additional single designated pedestrian route from Units 6,7 and 8 (Woodies, Iceland and Aldi) to the coffee kiosk.
