Nenagh's O'Keeffe is Munster Tennis Coach of the Year

 

Nenagh's Frank O'Keeffe, a qualified Level 1 & Level 2 Tennis Coach, was honoured with Munster Coach of the Year for 2019 at the National Tennis Conference at DCU last Saturday, among 300 of his peers.

This is a huge honour for Frank and his club, Nenagh Lawn Tennis Club. As a qualified Maths teacher, he has taken a career break to pursue his passion for developing the game for both children and adults.

Frank believes that through making the game fun for all, it makes it more attractive to continue to play tennis for life. He is currently working in a number of clubs and schools in Munster to share his love of the game in everyone he develops. He is also Director of MultiSkillZ Munster, an activity-based programme that contributes to a well-rounded motor development and the well-being of children aged from 4-10 years old.
