Drom & Inch are back in the County Senior Camogie final after a hard fought contest with Annacarty in the semi-final on Saturday.

This was a major battle between the sides, Drom & Inch leading by four points at the break but Annacarty were nipping at their heels throughout but did not have enough sharpness to reel them in.

The last team to win the county title apart from Burgess/Duharra in 2012, Drom raced into a 1-3 to no score lead after eight minutes and that quick start proved to be the seminal period of the game.

The goal came from Niamh Treacy as she raced through the Annacarty defence and struck the ball past Annacarty net minder Aoife Butler after five minutes.
