Cannabis treatment group in Nenagh

Is weed wrecking your head? Do you want to live life more fully again? Help is available to stop or cut down your use.

The HSE Mid-West Drug and Alcohol Service is offering an eight-session group treatment programme, which runs for two hours a week over eight weeks, looking at cannabis use.
Topics covered include: Motivation to change; strategies to cut down or stop; benefits of being in control; coping with cravings and boredom. Course commences in Nenagh on Tuesday, February 11th, 2 to 4pm. This is a free and confidential service for those aged 18 and over.
