Power pleased by Tipperary's resilience

Tipperary manager David Power was pleased with the manner in his side stuck at it despite falling behind in the first half of Sunday's round 2 National League game against Louth.
With just two points to show from 35 minutes of football, after a half where they dominated possession - Power was understandably disappointed not to have got more out of the opening period.
“The first half we wouldn’t have been overly pleased with,” he said.
“We started well but we allowed Louth back into the game.
“The wind was very tricky I must say, and Louth even with the wind brought a lot of bodies back.
“We were running into tackles and being turned over all their five points were from our turnovers that, we can work on.
“What the most pleasing thing was is we are doing alot of good things but we’ve still alot to improve on as well.”
Power was delighted that his side showed better in the scoring stakes on the restart.
“In the second half we went a bit more direct and it really paid dividends,” he revealed.
