Garda College hurlers came from behind to deliver Electric Ireland Ryan Cup Final honours in tough weather conditions at DCU Sportsgrounds on Sunday.

James Woodlock's charges were goal hungry in their semi-final win over I.T. Tralee the previous afternoon, and although not finding the net in the decider, they done enough to secure silverware.

Indeed the final win was made all the more impressive by the fact that many of the Garda College players had to return to their stations for duty on Saturday night to work, before again travelling to Dublin on Sunday morning for the decider.
