Munster Championship fixtures confirmed
The Munster CCC have confirmed the dates, times and venues for the 2021 Munster Senior Hurling and Football Championships.
The Munster Senior Hurling Championship will get underway on Sunday June 27th with Waterford taking on Clare at 3:15pm in Semple Stadium, Thurles. The winners will play Tipperary a week later on Sunday July 4th with Pairc Ui Chaoimh or LIT Gaelic Grounds the venue depending on the outcome.
The previous evening (July 3rd), defending Munster and All-Ireland Champions Limerick will play Cork at 7.00pm in Semple Stadium, Thurles.
The Munster Senior Football Championship Quarter-Finals will take place on Saturday June 26th with Limerick hosting Waterford at 3.00pm while Clare travel to Killarney to play Kerry at 7.00pm.
The Munster Senior Football Semi-Finals will take place on Saturday July 10th with Cork meeting the winners of Limerick and Waterford at 3.00pm while the defending Munster Football champions Tipperary await the winners of Kerry and Clare at 7.00pm. If it is Kerry the match will be in Thurles, if it is Clare the game will be in Ennis.
