Extension granted for Nenagh housing plan

Tipperary County Council has granted an extension of duration of planning permission for a development of 57 residential units in Nenagh.

Tom Grace has permission for 34 two-storey semi-detached houses, nine detached dormer houses, three two-storey detached houses, three two-storey terraced houses, eight apartments, a crèche and siteworks at Ciamaltha Meadows.

Last month the council granted an extension of the planning permission to December 31, 2023.
