Houses planned for Ballycommon

Outline planning permission is sought for the construction of four new houses at Ballycommon.

Cillian Burke has submitted an application to Tipperary Co Council for the construction of four two-storey detached dwelling houses in a rural cluster development on a site adjacent to the Burke residence, Ballycommon.

A new entrance and access road to the site from the public road is included in the plan, along with connection to the public foul drainage system, new public footpath connecting the cluster development to the village, and all associated site works.

The council recently received further information on the plan and is to issue a decision by May 11.
