Rui Fernandes, a Portuguese artist living in Nenagh for 15 years, currently has a month-long exhibition of his fine art works at the Art D gallery, Borrisokane.

The exhibition opened last week.

Rui's art dwells mainly within abstract to semi-abstract styles using all kinds of media and bold colours. The paintings have a visceral and dream-like feeling to them. The gallery is open every day up to 5.30pm (except Sundays).
