Under 21 'A' Hurling Championship: Borris-Ileigh had a 1-19 to 3-12 win over Toomevara last Sunday in Borrisoleigh in the semi-final of the North Under 21 'A' Hurling Championship.

The second semi-final between Nenagh Eire Og and Kiladangan was postponed due to the untimely passing of Kiladangan hurler Paddy Coen. The North Board express sympathy to the Coen family and to Kiladangan GAA club. The game will be refixed with details yet to be confirmed.

Under 21 'B' Hurling Championship: Ballinahinch/Templederry and Borrisokane played out a 1-15 to 0-18 draw last Sunday in Group 1 of the North Under 21 'B' Hurling Championship.

Ballinahinch/Templederry finish second in the group ahead of Borrisokane due to score difference and join Moneygall/Clonakenny (who topped the group) in the knockout stages.

In Group 2, Kilruane MacDonaghs will host Silvermines in Cloughjordan this Sunday at 2.00pm. Silvermines need a victory to progress whilst a draw will be sufficient for Kilruane.

In Group 3, the meeting of Portroe and Burgess was postponed last week and will now take place this Sunday at 12 noon in Portroe. A Burgess win will secure their progression to the knockout stages whilst Newport would also join them. A Portroe win would mean that all three teams finish on two points with score difference determining the two teams that will progress from the group.

Munster Championships: Hard luck to Ballina who lost to Na Piarsaigh of Limerick last Sunday on penalties in the Munster Intermediate Football Semi Final after the sides were level after extra time.

Best of luck to Roscrea who will take on Monaleen of Limerick in the Munster Intermediate Hurling Final which takes place this Sunday, 4th December in Páirc Uí Rinn at 1.00pm.

County Championship: Well done to Kilruane MacDonaghs who had a 2-5 to 0-10 win over Cappawhite last Sunday in Newport in the County Junior 'B' Football semi-final. They will take on Boherlahan-Dualla this Saturday in the final.
