Local parish seeks donations

Since Covid-19 all parishes have been experiencing a substantial drop in parish contributions towards the running of the parishes and it is expected that several parishes are likely to experience a deficit when the accounts for 2022 are finalised.

The parish of Ballinahinch-Killoscully, which has a population of just over 500 people is no exception to the decline in funding towards the cost of running the parish.

The parish has announced people who wish to make a donation towards the parish costs can now do so by logging in to the Diocesan website www.cashel-emly.ie pressing the 'donate' button on the website and scrolling down through the list of parishes to Ballinahinch-Killoscully, then pressing and following the instructions to donate.

All donations would be greatly appreciated at this time.
