Sinn Féin Easter commemoration

North Tipperary Sinn Féin will be holding their Easter commemoration on Easter Sunday at 3pm in Banba Square.

The commemoration will be presided over by Nenagh Sinn Féin representative Damian O Donoghue, and Martin Browne, TD, will be giving the main oration at the event.

Damian O Donoghue said: "We are very proud to commemorate the men and women of the Republican movement who went before us, and there are many in North Tipperary who made the ultimate sacrifice. From Thomas McDonagh, a leader in the 1916 Rising, to all those who fought in the tan war and the civil war that followed."

All are welcome to attend the event.
