Tipp venue to host FF Party Think-In

The Fianna Fáil TD for Tipperary, Jackie Cahill has confirmed that he has secured the Fianna Fáil Parliamentary Party Think-In for Tipperary this coming September.

The two-day Think-In will take place in early September in the Horse and Jockey Hotel, outside Thurles.

Tipperary’s Government TD said: “I am pleased to announce that I have secured the 2023 Fianna Fáil Think-In in my home county this year. This meeting will allow us as Fianna Fáil TDs and Senators to discuss Budget 2024 in detail before Minister McGrath delivers the Budget in the early autumn.

“This meeting will also allow us to discuss the policy agenda for the Dáil term ahead and set out our priorities for the delivery we want to see from Government, on areas such as Housing, Health, Cost of Living, Education and Agriculture, among others.

“I am delighted that Tipperary will host the Fianna Fáil Think-In this year. I will be using this platform to highlight the needs of the county and the people of Tipperary as well as showcasing Tipperary and all we have to offer here in an area steeped in farming, local businesses, and strong communities, while the Fianna Fáil Ministers, Junior Ministers and Parliamentary Party as a whole are gathered in the Premier County."
