Nenagh Golf Club plan appealed

An appeal has been lodged with An Bord Pleanála over the recent granting of planning permission for a new practice area at Nenagh Golf Club.

The club received conditional planning permission for a six-bay covered practice area with ancillary site works at Graigue, Nenagh.

A third party appeal has been made by David Reddan, who made a submission on the club's planning application to Tipperary Co Council. Mr Reddan's biggest issue was that of errant golf balls entering adjoining property. The submission also raised issues over the site layout plan and wastewater treatment, among other concerns.

An Bord Pleanála is to decide on the case by January 4 next.
