Residential and retail plan for Roscrea

An application to extend the duration of planning permission for a residential and retail plan in Roscrea has been submitted to Tipperary Co Council.

The Rosemary St plan involves a change of use from residential to retail at ground floor level and change of retail to residential at ground floor area, and the change of use of bed & breakfast unit to seven residential units on the ground and first floor.

Associated site works and services are included in the plan, which was granted permission in 2018. An application in the name of James Mescall/McCarthy/Frane has now been made to extend the duration of planning permission by another five years.

The council is to rule on the application by October 17.
