Cost of Living supports for carers

The Minister for Social Protection, Heather Humphreys, will today meet with Family Carer’s Ireland to announce a series of supports for carers.

During the visit, Minister Humphreys will announce the details of three Cost of Living lump sum payments that will be rolled out this week to support tens of thousands of families.

The minister will also announce a new scheme to enhance pension provision for long-term carers.
