More time for Nenagh houses

Tipperary Co Council has granted an extension of duration of planning permission for 27 houses in Nenagh.

Teamar Property Developments Ltd has planning permission for the final phase of the Ardán Rua development at Gortlandroe. The phase in question consists of seven detached and 20 semi-detached houses, connection to the public services, roads, footpaths, open space areas and ancillary site development works.

The developer recently sought to extend the duration of the planning permission by another five years to December 2028. The council granted the application last month.
