Where do you think they lived?

Kilbarron Terryglass Historical Society's February talk is titled 'Where do you think they lived? Mapping the 1901 Census'.

Join us this Friday, February 9, at 8pm in Terryglass Hall where we host Caimin O'Brien, Archaeologist with the National Monuments Service, who will bring to life the people in the 1901 Census, mapping where each of the families once lived. Our task is to find where each house is or once stood and we seek help from anyone who may have knowledge of these houses.

Join us on Friday, when Caimin will demonstrate how the mapping is done and show how the story of each family can be all brought together in one place. For a community, for anyone interested in history and genealogy, this is a huge resource.

Admission is free and all are welcome to attend.
