Body found in Tipp

A Garda investigation is underway after the body of a woman was discovered at a house in Newport.

The body was discovered at a residence in Newport on Tuesday evening. A post-mortem is expected to take place later and a Garda spokesperson said the results of this will determine the course of the investigation
