Leading Irish law firm Mason Hayes & Curran has announced the expansion of its corporate team, with the promotion of Angela Freeman to partner.

Angela, from Terryglass, brings a wealth of experience in the technology and life sciences sectors. She has deep expertise in guiding clients through complex mergers and acquisitions.

Angela also helps companies secure venture capital and private equity fundraising to enhance their market position and accelerate growth.

She recently acted for Descartes Systems Group Inc on its acquisition of Aerospace Software Developments Limited and Thyme-IT UK Limited. Angela also advised The Head Plan on its investment by Peter Jones CBE from the Dragon’s Den.

Angela is a graduate of University College Dublin and a member of the Law Societies of Ireland, England and Wales. She joined Mason Hayes & Curran in 2015. The firm now employs over 600 staff including 120 partners, with offices in Dublin, New York, San Francisco and London.
