Plan for 13 new houses in Cullenagh Ballina

Further information has been received by Tipperary County Council on a plan for the construction of 13 houses in the scenic lakeside village of Ballina.

Lough Derg Marina Ltd has submitted the information on its proposal to build the detached dwellings units on a site at Lakeview, Cullenagh.

The houses are designed with what the company calls “optional basements which may or may not be constructed.”

The plan includes provision for what the applicant has called “a substantial area of public parkland” along with associated site works.
