The Hibernian Senior Hurling Championship: The final between Toomevara and Kiladangan will take place this Sunday 14th July at 4.30pm in MacDonagh Park, Nenagh with Gerry Treacy refereeing.

Entry to the game is either via tap and go or tickets which are available to purchase on the Tipperary GAA website. The game will be streamed live on clubber.ie

Savvy Kitchens Premier Intermediate Hurling Championship: The final between neighbours Silvermines and Burgess will take place this Sunday, 14th July at 2.30pm in MacDonagh Park, Nenagh with Christy McLoughlin refereeing.

Kelly’s of Fantane Intermediate Hurling Championship: The final between Moneygall and Portroe will take place this Saturday, 13th July at 7.00pm in Dolla with Ciaran O'Donovan refereeing.

The Watch Centre Junior 'A' Hurling Championship: continued last Friday with the round 5 games.

A late Bill Cleary point with the last puck of the game gave Kiladangan a 0-17 to 1-13 victory over Kilruane MacDonaghs in Nenagh. Kilruane held the lead at half time thanks to a Kevin Shinnors goal.

Ballinahinch had a 2-19 to 1-16 victory over Nenagh Eire Og in Puckane with Ballinahinch on top throughout, having held a 1-8 to 0-6 half time lead.

Roscrea and Toomevara played out a 1-16 each draw in Cloughjordan. Roscrea went into the break holding a 0-9 to 0-7 lead with Owen Tynan, Conor Donovan and frees from Jason Fitzpatrick contributing to the scoreboard for Roscrea. In the 55th minute, substitute Dylan Hogan broke through the Toomevara defence and drilled the ball towards the goal but was saved excellently from the goalie. Conor Bergin got onto the breaking ball and drilled the ball into the back of the net to put Roscrea four points up. With normal time almost up Toomevara broke through the Roscrea defence with Conor Delaney finding the back of the net to rescue the draw for Toomevara.

The Watch Centre Junior 'B' Hurling Championship: The championship commenced last Friday with the Group 2 clash of Templederry Kenyons and Moneygall in Templederry with Moneygall coming away with a comfortable 5-17 to 1-12 victory. First half goals from Neil Maher and two from Tom Teehan gave Moneygall a 3-8 to 0-7 lead at half time with Ger Kirwan also impressing with four points from play in the first half. Neil Maher set up David Toohey for a fourth goal early into the second half with Dylan Maher scoring Moneygall's fifth goal with ten minutes left in the game. Tom Teehan finished with 2-3 for the victors whilst Mikey Ryan and Donal & Liam Carroll were impressive in defence. Cillian Kennedy was Templederry's goal scorer.

There was another comfortable victory in the group with Ballina coming away from Puckane last Sunday with a 2-17 to 0-7 victory over Kiladangan. Ballina made a perfect start with three points scored within the first two minutes - they followed this up with goals in the eight & twelfth minutes to stretch to a comfortable lead and went into the break ahead 2-10 to 0-4. The second half was a featureless affair with Ballina securing victory by sixteen points.

The game between Lorrha and Toomevara was scheduled to take place last Saturday but was postponed due to a shortage of referees - this game will be played at a later date.

All of Group 1's games took place last Sunday. Knockshegowna secured victory over Portroe, 3-12 to 1-12 in Ballingarry - James Ferris was the Portroe goal-scorer with Kieran McKeogh finishing with five points and Christopher O'Riordan impressing for the Port side.

Silvermines had a 1-18 to 1-16 victory over Newport in Dolla. The sides were evenly matched for most of the first half, but a 'Mines goal from Willie Keogh in the 25th minute helped them to a 1-9 to 0-8 interval lead. They continued to keep their noses in front in the second period, but a Newport goal, finished by James Moloney, two minutes into added time left the margin at two points, with the final score Silvermines 1-18 Newport 1-16.

Burgess had a 2-16 to 0-14 victory over Borrisokane. Burgess held a 0-9 to 0-6 half time lead, but Borris came out strong in the second half and were in front 0-11 to 0-10 by the 41st minute. The key goal came in the 50th minute with a Conor Cooney goal giving Burgess a 1-12 to 0-14 lead. Burgess finished the game strongly with David Nealon and Garrett Howard leading the scoring whilst Conor Cooney scored his second goal late on.

The round 2 games taking place this Saturday at 7.30pm are Portroe v Borrisokane in Portroe whilst Newport host Knockshegowna. In Group 2, Toomevara host Templederry Kenyons whilst Ballina host Lorrha at 7.30 pm.

The Burgess v Silvermines and Moneygall v Kiladangan games will not go ahead due to a shortage of referees - these games will be refixed to take place on a later date.

Ger Gavin North Under 19 Football Championship: In the 'A' competition, Newport had a 2-11 to 1-7 semi-final victory over Kilruane MacDonaghs last Wednesday. They will face Ballina in the final after Ballina received a walkover from Nenagh Eire Og in the other semi-final.

In the 'B' semi-finals, Borrisokane had a 3-8 to 0-7 victory over Kiladangan whilst Moneygall/Clonakenny defeated Roscrea 3-9 to 0-5 scoreline.

The finals of both will be posted on the North Tipperary GAA social media pages once confirmed.
